The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

To use alanodt5 services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to players in Pakistan aged 18 and above. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address).

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold one alanodt5 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

You may not register on behalf of another person, use a false identity, or provide misleading information during the registration process. alanodt5 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure.

• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. Notify alanodt5 promptly if your contact details change.
• Corporate, trust, or third-party accounts are not permitted. Accounts must be operated by the individual named on the account only.
• alanodt5 reserves the right to decline registration applications at its discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• Accounts are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial gambling operations or on behalf of third parties.

The minimum age to register and use alanodt5 is 18 years. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. alanodt5 is fully committed to preventing underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.

At the point of registration, you confirm by submitting your details that you are 18 years of age or older. alanodt5 may request documentary evidence of age at any point — including but not limited to a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification showing date of birth. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory age verification.

If alanodt5 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and an investigation will be conducted. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the funding source where technically possible. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

All financial transactions on alanodt5 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). alanodt5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit cards. No transaction fees are charged by alanodt5 on deposits or withdrawals.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud and money laundering prevention measure.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets in the player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• alanodt5 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made by credit card (where applicable) are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to a 48-hour holding period.
• In the event of an incorrect deposit — for example, funds sent to a wrong account reference — alanodt5 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee recovery of third-party transfer errors.

alanodt5 offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, and other events, as well as esports betting on titles including PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, and League of Legends. All bets are subject to the specific market rules published on the platform, which supplement these general Terms.

Bets placed on alanodt5 are binding once confirmed. alanodt5 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed in the betslip, except in circumstances where a manifest error in odds has occurred (see below). The minimum stake for any single bet is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.

• Manifest Errors: In the event that odds are published at a clearly incorrect price due to technical or human error — for example, a 10.00 price published for an event that should be priced at 1.10 — alanodt5 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to affected accounts. alanodt5 will communicate such voidings clearly and promptly.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before a result is reached, all open bets on the affected event are voided and stakes are returned in full.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets but may additionally be subject to brief delays and price suspensions during critical in-game moments. alanodt5 is not liable for delay-related price differences in fast-moving live markets.
• Maximum Winnings: alanodt5 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on individual markets and events. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum for a given market will not be paid. Limits are displayed in market information where applicable.

alanodt5 reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit markets where integrity concerns arise — including suspicions of match fixing, team line-up changes that materially affect an event, or confirmed event irregularities. In such cases, alanodt5 will act in accordance with the official tournament or governing body's position on the event result.

alanodt5 offers a wide range of casino games including live dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), slot games, and table games, as well as virtual sports events including virtual cricket, football, horse racing, greyhounds, basketball, tennis, motor racing, and volleyball.

All casino game and virtual sports outcomes on alanodt5 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG systems are independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories to verify statistical randomness and fairness. No outcome is predetermined, and no party — including alanodt5 — has the technical ability to influence individual results.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game category are available on request from alanodt5 support. Virtual sports events use performance models to produce realistic outcome distributions, but within those distributions each individual result is statistically independent.

Deposit limits and cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on alanodt5 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against deposits that have been used for betting on alanodt5.
• Money Laundering: Using alanodt5 accounts to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. alanodt5 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious transactions.

alanodt5 uses advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have their accounts closed permanently and any remaining balances forfeited where the funds are connected to prohibited activity.

alanodt5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe these Terms have been breached, where the account poses a fraud or money laundering risk, or where continued operation of the account is inconsistent with alanodt5's obligations.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than player fault — for example, due to a change in service availability in a player's region — alanodt5 will return the verified account balance to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@alanodt5.ws. Upon voluntary closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules and the remaining balance processed for withdrawal within five business days. Voluntary closure does not entitle a player to accelerated return of bonus funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements.

alanodt5 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at alanodt5.ws/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document.

In summary: alanodt5 collects registration data, transaction records, and betting activity data to operate the platform, verify player identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable regulations. All content on the alanodt5 platform — including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of alanodt5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the alanodt5 platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, transmitting, scraping, or commercially exploiting any alanodt5 content without express written authorisation.

Automated data collection tools — including but not limited to price scrapers, odds aggregators, and API bots — are not permitted on alanodt5 without a prior written commercial arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alanodt5 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.

alanodt5's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

alanodt5 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and internet connectivity issues beyond alanodt5's control may cause temporary unavailability. alanodt5 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows.

alanodt5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor or administrative changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of the Terms is always accessible at alanodt5.ws/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the alanodt5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the alanodt5 platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12. alanodt5 will process any outstanding balance in accordance with normal procedures.
